Fifth and Seventh-Rounders Signed

The Bears have gone straight to work signing draft picks in advance of Friday's start to rookie minicamp and announced four had already completed their paperwork.
Fifth-round linebacker Noah Sewell and cornerback Terell Smith and seventh-round defensive lineman Travis Bell and safety Kendall Williamson were the first drafted players to sign their four-year rookie deals.
The team also officially announced the signings of 14 undrafted free agents and has invited a group of 27 undrafted players in for tryouts on the weekend during the rookie minicamp, including Florida Atlanta quarterback N'Kosi Perry. They'll also have three veterans invited to the camp for tryouts including the brother of newly signed linebacker Tremaine Edmunds, fullback Trey Edmunds.

The rookie camp will have 27 rookie tryout players besides the signed free agents
Besides Trey Edmunds, former Browns tight end Stephen Carlson and former Ravens tight end Jacob Breeland will have veteran workouts at camp.
Edmunds played in 37 games for the Saints and Steelers over five seasons and had 31 rushes for 140 yards with a touchdown and also six receptions for 48 yards.
Breeland, who is 6-foot-6 and 250, had been on the non-football injury list last year.
Carlson started seven games and played in 16 for the Browns while catching six passes for 62 yards and a TD.
