Oddsmakers Like Justin Fields the Runner

In this story:
Old habits die hard, and this applies in many walks of life includeing the betting and odds world.
Despite claims from the Bears about Justin Fields' passing improving and his work with DJ Moore producing a solid connection in the air game, betting odds remain firmly on the side of same-old, same-old. The Bears passing game won't be much to see, say oddsmakers at Bet365.
Fields is 100 to 1 to lead the NFL in passing yards, same as Brock Purdy, Anthony Richardson, Sam Howell and Will Levis.
Worse for Bears fans, Green Bay's Jordan Love is just 50-1.
Wide receiver DJ Moore is 66-1 to lead the NFL in receiving yards, the same as Michael Pittman Jr., Mark Andrews, Jordan Addison and Green Bay's Romeo Doubs. Packers receiver Christian Watson is 40-1 to lead in receiving yards.
The Bears have never had a 4,000-yard passer. The website is offering 17 names up with odds to get to 4,000 yards but Fields is not one of them.
They offer odds on 12 passers to reach 30 touchdown throws and Fields is not among those with odds.
The over/under on Fields' passing yards for 2023 is 2,950.5 yards. Jordan Love's is 3,425.5.
Oddsmakers apparently feel Fields will remain a runner as the over/under line on for Fields' rushing is 957.5 yards, which is the fourth-highest total behind Bijan Robinson (1,125.5), Travis Etienne (1,000.5) and Tony Pollard (1,050.05).
The over/under on Bears wins remains at 7.5, where it has been since the end of the draft.
