The Green Bay Packers passing game facing Kyler Gordon and the Bears secondary could have even greater inexperience issues than quarterback Jordan Love and his one NFL start.

Both second-year wide receivers Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson missed Wednesday's practice entirely, while wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks practiced on a limited basis. The three have hamstring injuries.

"The one thing about this league is nobody cares," coach Matt LaFleur said via PackerCentral.com's Bill Huber of FanNation. "You've got to find a way to get it done, and I think our guys have taken that mindset no matter who’s out there. The expectations remain the same, and that is to go out there and play winning football. So, we'll get our guys ready to go."

According to Huber, the only other receiver available who has played is Samori Toure, who was in for 112 plays last year as a rookie and had five receptions.

Second-round 2023 pick Jayden Reed, undrafted rookie Maik Heath, former Seahawks 2022 seventh-rounder Bo Melton and Packers seventh-round pick Grant DuBose, a former Seahawks receiver who didn't play last year, are the other possible players on the roster who could fill in if the injuries keep Doubs and Watson off the field.

Doubs made 42 receptions for 425 yards with three touchdowns last season while Watson had 41 receptions for 611 yards and seven TDs.

Bears safety Eddie Jackson is trying to ignore all the inexperience in Green bay's passing game, whether it's from Love or the receivers.

"I mean, their offense is going to kind of stay the same," Jackson said. "It's going to be some unscouted looks because he (Love) hasn't played a lot of ball. We expect to see things we didn't see with Aaron. It's always a challenge going out there, first game, they are adding new plays, we are adding new plays.

"We just have to go out there and play our game, don't expect to see nothing different. Just go out there and execute."
