The Athletic Ranks Paycor Stadium Among Five Worst NFL Venues

Cincinnati announced upgrades across Paycor Stadium for this coming season.

CINCINNATI — The Athletic revealed NFL writer rankings of all the league's 30 stadiums and Paycor Stadium checks in at No. 27.

The stadium is stuck in the same spot it held in the 2020 article.

"The 23-year-old stadium cracked the bottom five on 13 ballots, finishing in the same spot as 2020," Jon Machota wrote.

Here is how the rankings were collected:

"To update the rankings," Machota wrote. "30 of The Athletic’s NFL writers again ranked their top five and bottom five in order. At the time of the previous ranking, SoFi Stadium and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas were not included. They opened in 2020."

Cincinnati had the lowest-rated stadium in the AFC North. Only Miami, Jacksonville, and Washington ranked below Paycor.
