Latest on Joe Burrow Ahead of Bengals Monday Night Showdown With Rams

In this story:
CINCINNATI — Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is hoping to play in Monday night's game against the Rams, league sources confirm.
The 26-year-old is officially questionable, but after practicing on Friday and Saturday, he thinks he can suit up and play through the pain after aggravating his right calf last week.
Dianna Russini of The Athletic says things are trending in that direction.
"Joe Burrow is going through a workout this morning. I'm told there's optimism he will play and his status for tonight is trending in the right direction," Russini tweeted. "Burrow is campaigning with the coaching staff and trainers to play, however his status is still uncertain."
The Bengals enter Monday's game with an 0-2 record.
"I'm preparing like I'm going to go out and play a Monday Night Football game," Burrow said on Thursday. "Whether that happens, I don't know but I'm going to be prepared to."
