Bills Add Stefon Diggs To Lengthy Thursday Injury Report

Receiver Stefon Diggs popped up on the Buffalo Bills' injury report and was one of six players who didn't practice.

The Buffalo Bills have gone from relatively healthy to decimated by injuries at the worst possible time.

Buffalo added Stefon Diggs to an already lengthy injury report, as he didn't practice due to a foot injury and having a rest day. While having a rest day somewhat cushions the blow, popping up with a foot injury after not being on the injury report on Wednesday bears watching.

Diggs was one of six players who didn't practice on Thursday, including fellow receiver Gabe Davis and linebacker Terrel Bernard

Here is the entire Bills injury report from Thursday.

DNP:

CB Christian Benford (knee)

LB Terrel Bernard (ankle)

WR Gabe Davis (knee)

WR Stefon Diggs (foot/rest day)

S Taylor Rapp (calf)

LB Baylon Spector (back)

Limited participant

LB Tyrel Dodson (shoulder)

CB Rasul Douglas (knee)

CB Taron Johnson (concussion)

P Sam Martin (hamstring)

Full participant:

QB Josh Allen (neck)

OLB Leonard Floyd (rest)

S Micah Hyde (neck)

OLB Von Miller (rest)

Benford, Bernard, Davis, Rapp and Spector not practicing for a second straight day doesn't bode well for their availability on Sunday. If any of them are going to have a chance to play, they'll likely have to practice in some capacity on Friday before game statuses are revealed.

If things trend the way they've been trending, head coach Sean McDermott and the Bills will have a tall task despite being at home vs. the Kansas City Chiefs.

Chiefs nose tackle Derrick Nnadi was the lone player who didn't participate in practice on Thursday, as he's battling a triceps injury that he suffered in their 26-7 win over the Miami Dolphins on Saturday.

The Bills and Chiefs meet in the playoffs for the third time in four years and the first time in Orchard Park on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET at Highmark Stadium.
