'Be Respectful!' Bills Ex LeSean McCoy Vents on Josh Allen vs. Dak Prescott

Buffalo Bills ex LeSean McCoy staunchly defends Josh Allen when he's compared to Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott.

LeSean McCoy will be anything but "shady" when one espouses supposed disrespect toward Josh Allen. He'll make his thoughts on the matter quite clear instead.

Super Bowl champion and former NFL receiver James Jones found that out the hard way when comparing the Buffalo Bills' franchise thrower with polarizing Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, as a verbal confrontation took place on the Fox Sports program "Speak."

"You've got to be more respectful," McCoy tells Jones, best known for his seven-year tenure with the Green Bay Packers. "Don't mention Josh Allen's name with Dak Prescott! Don't ever do that again!"

Co-panelist Emmanuel Acho, unsure of whether the former rusher is joking or truly furious, can only nervously laugh as McCoy carries on his rant. Jones claims that Allen's postseason resume, equally bereft of championship victories, is similar to Prescott's. Both, for example, were eliminated in their respective Divisional rounds to prevent a rematch of the 27th and 28th Super Bowls.

McCoy wants to put it to a vote on the "Speak" set as to who's a better quarterback, but further balks at Jones' claim that Allen "does everything" for the Bills. Exasperated, the two-time champion (having won in consecutive years with Kansas City and Tampa Bay) hints that Allen's efforts have made Buffalo the better team and offers one last warning against referencing the two quarterbacks in the same sentence.

Comparisons and debates around Allen and Prescott have proven increasingly popular: former Buffalo/Dallas receiver Cole Beasley partly and indirectly inspired part of the debate hen claiming that Prescott was the best leader he worked with, despite also collaborating with both Allen and Tom Brady.

Having previously spent four seasons in Buffalo (2015-18), McCoy has become well-known for both his vocal and digitized rants on both television and social media. It'd perhaps be best to curb any and all discussions knocking Allen around him in the future.
