Bills Win AFC East Title, Finalize 2024 Opponents

The Buffalo Bills now know exactly who they'll be playing next season.

For the fourth straight season, the Buffalo Bills are AFC East champions after defeating the Miami Dolphins 21-14 on Sunday night.

Sitting at 6-6 and three whole games behind the Dolphins coming out their bye week, another division title seemed like a long shot for the Bills. However, Buffalo reeled off five straight wins to not only take the division crown, but claim the No. 2 seed in the conference.

The 2023 NFL season has certainly been a bizarre one, and the Bills' remarkable turnaround is just another one of the many twists and turns.

For now, the Bills have assured themselves of at least one home playoff game, a Sunday afternoon showdown against the No. 7 seed Pittsburgh Steelers, and another game at Highmark Stadium if they win.

As for the future, the Bills have now solidified their list of opponents for next season. The full slate is as follows:

Home Opponents:

  • Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Tennessee Titans
  • Arizona Cardinals
  • San Francisco 49ers
  • New York Jets
  • New England Patriots
  • Miami Dolphins
  • Kansas City Chiefs

Away Opponents:

  • Houston Texans
  • Indianapolis Colts
  • Los Angeles Rams
  • Seattle Seahawks
  • New York Jets
  • New England Patriots
  • Miami Dolphins
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Detroit Lions

Clearly, the Bills won't have it easy next season. They'll play eight games against teams that made the playoffs this season, as well as three more against teams that missed the postseason with a winning record (Jacksonville, Indianapolis and Seattle). That comes with the territory of being a division winner, though, and if that's what it takes to win it all, Buffalo will gladly take it every time.

Times and dates for all of these games will be announced when the league reveals its full schedule in May.
