Broncos vs. Commanders | Week 2: How to Watch

In this story:
It wasn't an ideal opening to the 2023 season for the Denver Broncos. But Sean Payton's team has the chance to balance the scales with the Washington Commanders coming to town for a Week 2 tilt at Mile High.
The Commanders are coming off a 20-16 road win over the Arizona Cardinals. Second-year quarterback Sam Howell went 19-of-31 for 202 yards and a touchdown with an interception.
Howell will make just his third career start in Denver, and Payton is going to be ready for him.
“He’s a playmaker," Payton said of Howell on Friday. "He’s got this ability to extend plays, and that can become problematic. He’s a confident player, and you can see that they respond to him... A different type of player than we saw last week, and we just have to understand what are the things he’s comfortable with and maybe what are the things he’s not as comfortable with.”
Time will tell how the Broncos scheme to make Howell uncomfortable. When the time comes, here's how to make sure you catch all of the action when the Broncos host the Commanders on Sunday.
