In this story:

For a second consecutive week the Browns eked out a thriller of a win over the Indianapolis Colts, that came down to the final seconds. Despite the defense playing it's worst game of the season so far, making veteran backup Gardner Minshew look like a Hall of Famer, that side of the ball – but most notably Myles Garrett – stepped up when it mattered most and helped push the Browns across the finish line.

Get ready for a Garrett highlight reel in this week's edition of top five plays:

5) Jerome Ford 69-yard Touchdown Run On Opening Drive

Talk about setting the tone early. Jerome Ford provided the first punch of the day on the very first possession for either team, with his 69-yard touchdown sprint. It was a nice move by Ford to get into the hole and take off to the end zone. This was a sign of things to come in a game that saw a whopping eight total lead changes.

4) Kareem Hunt Score The Game Winning Touchdown

Back-to-back weeks, Hunt makes an appearance for scoring a key touchdown for the Browns. This one, his second of the day, just so happened to be the one that won the Browns the game. Fourth-and-one, from the one. Kevin Stefanski saved a run play for their final attempt at the end zone, knowing they had no timeouts and limited time on the clock. It paid off, as Hunt muscled his way in for the go-ahead score, and all of Cleveland rejoiced.

3) P.J. Walker Hooks Up With Elijah Moore For 30 Yards

The Hunt touchdown doesn't happen without this incredible throw by Walker on the game-winning drive. Things were looking bleak for the Browns after two straight incompletions on first and second down. Now facing a third-and-ten from its own 20, Cleveland needed a play. Somehow, someway, Walker pulled a rabbit out of a hat and dropped one of the most beautiful passes you'll ever see on Moore, for 30 yards to keep the drive alive. Simply miraculous. The Browns don't win without this pass.

2) Myles Garrett Blocks A Field Goal

Honestly, the entire top five could have consisted of just Garrett highlights this week. He was awe-inspiring. He'll have to settle for the top two, but they were easily his two biggest plays of the game. The first, just your run of the mill leap over the offensive line to block a field goal. No big deal or anything.

1) Myles Garrett Strip-Sack Leads To Browns TD

Of course this week's top play has to be Garrett's incredible strip-sack that led to a Browns touchdown, just before the half. While the blocked field goal kept points off the board, this one put some immediately on it for the Browns. Garrett single-handedly changed the score on Sunday, and this play in particular ensured that the Browns had a lead at the break.
