In this story:

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers haven't been heavily linked to any possible trades leading up to today's 4:00 pm ET trade deadline, however, there are current players on their roster, like LB Devin White, LB Lavonte David, and WR Mike Evans, that have garnered interest or have been rumored in trade scenarios as possibly being dealt.

With rumors swirling about and transactions starting to be processed, it is still a wonder to Buccaneers' fans whether or not the team will make any moves prior to the deadline - whether that means letting go of some of your own or bringing in other players that could help elevate certain positions where the Bucs have struggled this year.

Prior to today's deadline, head coach Todd Bowles spoke on what he thinks the Buccaneers might do.

"I think we’re listeners. It’s got to fit us and it’s got to come that way. We’re not looking to buy or sell, but we’re looking to listen. If anything comes about, we’ll take a look at it.”

The comments by Bowles makes sense as they don't necessarily need or want to do anything that drastic or put themselves in a worse salary cap situation.

There could be moves made that could save them some money in the long run, but being active and searching for players to add to the roster should be the least of their worries, and like Bowles said they should at least be willing to listen to offers.

The right deal would likely have to blow the Tampa Bay brass away for them to let go of players such as White, David, or Evans and it seems highly unlikely that that is something that would come to fruition as these guys are mainstays within the organization.
