All but one NFC West team is alive in the postseason picture.

In this story:

ARIZONA -- The Arizona Cardinals were the first NFC West team eliminated from postseason contention, and thus their offseason has already begun.

Two more division rivals eventually joined them in Seattle + L.A. while San Francisco is the lone NFC West squad standing as the playoffs progress - and that's where we'll start this roundup:

49ers Get Back to Work

The 49ers are back to work after enjoying a week off, which was well deserved after snagging the No. 1 spot in the NFC.

San Francisco hosts the Green Bay Packers on Saturday night, and Jordan Love + co. would love to again shock the world after defeating the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round.

Yet the 49ers are heavy favorites to represent the NFC in this year's Super Bowl, and if all healthy, it'd be a surprise if they didn't win their next two weeks.

RB Christian McCaffrey - dealing with a calf injury - will practice fully today according to Kyle Shanahan.

Seahawks Continue Coaching Search

The Seahawks parted ways with Pete Carroll after over a decade of service for the former coach, and Seattle has already begun their search for a new leader.

So far, names such as Raheem Morris, Dan Quinn, Patrick Graham, Ben Johnson, Ejiro Evero and Frank Smith are reportedly getting interviewed by the team.

As of now, the leader of the clubhouse is Quinn, who was the DC for part of Seattle's famed "Legion of Boom" defense while also having prior head coach experience with Atlanta.

The Seahawks certainly feel like they're close to emerging as a postseason team, and at least from the outside, it feels like they'd want an experienced leader to take over for Carroll.

Rams Finally See Season End

Los Angeles was pegged as a sneaky team to do damage in the postseason, as they were gaining steam after winning their last seven-of-eight following a 3-6 start.

Heading into the season, futures of guys such as Sean McVay, Matthew Stafford and Aaron Donald were all under question. It's fair to wonder about their respective statuses moving forward after falling short of another Super Bowl.

Yes, the Rams finally do have a first-round pick with a total of ten (all but three are on the final day of the draft) and should have ample cap space this offseason - so we'll know fairly early what direction L.A. believes they can move in.

Cardinals Preparing Another Busy Offseason

Arizona had a fairly strong start to their rebuild, though pressure is on general manager Monti Ossenfort to again work his magic and push the Cardinals to new heights.

There should be plenty of opportunity to do so with around $60 million in projected cap space and 13 total picks in the 2024 NFL Draft.

The organization has been fairly quiet since the regular season, though there's not much need for any activity at the moment. Gannon did make an interesting comment about coaches potentially leaving, though it's tough to expect anybody on a young/inexperienced 4-13 football team to see a promotion right away.
