Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has always divided opinion among NFL media. With many still doubting his ability to take the Cowboys to a Super Bowl victory and in some cases unfairly labeling him the sole reason why Dallas "can't" win it, Prescott has his fair share of detractors.

But Rich Eisen isn't one of them. While putting Dak in the upper echelon of quarterbacks for most isn't feasible, Eisen has no doubts that Prescott is a top-10 quarterback in the league.

“I love Dak, man,” Eisen said on The Rich Eisen Show. “He’s been here, he’s a sweetheart of a guy. He is better than most. I understand you make your top five list, he’s not on it. You make your top 10 list, he’s on it.”

While headlines usually follow the Cowboys all throughout the offseason, Prescott has been front and center over the last few days. With our own Mike Fisher present at Dak's Kids camp at The Star a few days ago, there had been some confusion as to whether Prescott said he won't have 10 interceptions or "tipped" interceptions this upcoming season.

Of course, Dak saying he won't have 10 interceptions is the better story, despite us having set the record straight as Prescott said the offense won't have "tipped" interceptions, not 10.

But before Dak's words were set straight, Eisen loved Prescott's willingness to bring that turnover total down.

“I love that, speak it into existence Dak,” Eisen said on Prescott's interception total. “Now, he’s also saying some of them were, guy dropped it, guy tipped it, wasn’t on me. That’s true. Obviously, we just cherry-pick what we want to, to denigrate him, but I mean, 15 interceptions last year was too many.”

With Dak and his receivers enjoying a weekend away for bonding in Atlanta and, of course, to go over the new playbook, the Cowboys' offense will look to click into gear when training camp rolls around in Oxnard, with limiting turnovers likely to be a big emphasis.
