Jaguars Announce First Major Wave of Cuts: Elijah Cooks, 9 Other Rookies Make Team
The Jacksonville Jaguars announced their major wave of roster moves ahead of Week 1 this afternoon, trimming the roster down from 90 to 54 before the 4 p.m. deadline.
