Just like he did after the Jacksonville Jaguars' Week 3 loss to the Houston Texans, Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence has taken to social media to address questions facing him and the offense.

This time, the criticism comes from former NFL cornerback Richard Sherman, who is currently an analyst for Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime Video. Sherman took issue with the perception of Lawrence as a proposed generation quarterback before the game, while also doubling down during the Jaguars' 31-24 win over the New Orleans Saints.

As he has in the past, Lawrence made it clear that he and the Jaguars, well, see the tweets.

After a few days of limited practice, Lawrence played on Thursday Night Football in a 31-24 win over the New Orleans Saints. Lawrence, making his 43rd consecutive start, completed 20-of-29 passes for 204 yards and one touchdown.

Through seven games, the 5-2 Jaguars are riding a four-game winning streak and Lawrence has completed 67.4% of his passes for 1,643 yards with eight touchdowns and three interceptions, along with 206 yards rushing.

"I just think the guys are gelling together. They’re coming together as an offense. You know, we were able to run the ball successfully in a couple of those drives there. Trevor was pretty accurate with his throws," Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said on Thursday.

"Guys were making plays on some third downs. It just comes down to execution, you know? The last couple of weeks we were able to do that. Obviously, the end result was points.”
