Saleh Tabs Three Jets as Limited ahead of Thursday's Practice

In this story:
It's game week for the New York Jets and all players are practicing on Thursday in Florham Park.
Providing a pre-practice update at his press conference, head coach Robert Saleh said there would be three limited participants while everyone else is a full-go.
The three named players all happen to be offensive starters. Running back Breece Hall, left tackle Duane Brown and right tackle Mekhi Becton, who are all working their way back from surgery, will be limited for a day.
Thursday's limited participation is actually an improvement for Hall, who was a non-participant on Monday.
"We’re not going to practice Breece, but there is nothing wrong with that. It’s just part of the maintenance program, but other than that everything else is good to go," said Saleh at the beginning of the week. "We’re in pretty good shape."
When it comes to the running back situation on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills, the Jets will most likely use a committee approach. While Hall eases back from an ACL tear, Dalvin Cook also underwent offseason surgery to repair a shoulder problem.
"I don’t know if I want to call it a snap count, but we’re going to be smart with them," said Saleh about the distribution of running back reps ahead of the season opener. "We’ll continue to evaluate and build up what we think Monday needs to be, but it’s not that we’re putting a snap count on it. It’s just they [Hall and Cook] are two really good football players. Michael Carter is a really good football player. Just trying to find a way to feature all of them."
