Jared Goff Buys New $10.5 Million Manhattan Beach Home

Jared Goff buys former "Modern Family" producer's beach home.

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff is now the owner of a Manhattan Beach, Calif., home that was previously owned by Danny Zuker of the hit television series "Modern Family."

The home is 5,725 square feet and features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

While the closing happened earlier this spring, the discovery that Detroit's starting quarterback was the new owner was only recently made public.

According to writer Wendy Bowman, "Records show Goff paid “Modern Family” executive producer Danny Zuker and his photographer wife Annette Lombardi the exact asking price of $10.5 million for the French Country-style spread, which was just hoisted up for rent at $30,000 per month. Previously owned by MLB pitcher Ken Brett, the place was also occupied by Shaquille O’Neill early on in his Lakers career."

Along with his new home, the 28-year-old also owns another home in California located in Hermosa Beach and property in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

"Outdoors, the landscaped grounds host a pool and spa surrounded by a sundeck, along with a pool house, fire-pit lounge area, and bar and barbecue station. There’s also attached garage space for three vehicles."

Goff is entering his third season in Motown and is currently engaged to Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Christen Harper.

With a successful season, the veteran signal-caller could be in line for a massive new contract extension.
