The Detroit Lions have been fortunate to be quite healthy throughout the NFL postseason.

Despite a number of players dealing with bumps and bruises, many of their key contributors have remained active through the first two postseason games.

Two key offensive linemen, Jonah Jackson and Frank Ragnow, suffered injuries in the team's divisional round win, and were held out of Wednesday's walkthrough.

Jackson had a procedure to clean up a slight meniscus tear, and is unlikely to play on Sunday. Ragnow, meanwhile, is likely to battle through the latest of what has been several set-backs on the injury front.

Despite suffering both a sprained knee and a sprained ankle as a result of being rolled up on in Sunday's game, the veteran center expects to play through the ailments.

He played all of Detroit's offensive snaps in the divisional round despite the injuries.

"I feel pretty good, to be honest," Ragnow said Monday. "Better than I expected. Stiff, definitely stiff, but have been rehabbing and feel pretty good. Feel like I'm in a good spot."

Heading into the season, Lions head coach Dan Campbell understood what he had at his disposal. Though he didn't pinpoint a specific moment when he knew the team would be special, he admitted Wednesday that he had a feeling that this team was destined to make noise back in training camp.

"I don't necessarily think like that. To me, it's one week at a time. I've kind of mentioned this before, it's about finding a way to get the most wins you can and get yourself in position to where, when you get in the playoffs, you have the best possible advantage to advance," Campbell explained. "And then, you get to that one and it's all about that one, and you get to the next one and you get to the next one.

"I'm kind of that way, in general. If you're asking me what I thought was possible, I would've told you in training camp that I knew we would be a good team," Campbell commented further. "Now, who knows what that's gonna be — it's about getting in. And, we got in, and now we're one week at a time."
