After the New England Patriots blew out the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday night in the season-opener, it was a good opportunity to ask about a player that would be joining the team on Monday who used to play for the Steelers - Antonio Brown.

Though the responses were scarce or non-existent depending on who you asked, some of the Patriots players responded to having the All-Pro receiver as their teammate going forward in the 2019 season. Here is what some of them had to say.

"Everyone is excited to have great players, we are all excited to have him," Brady said during his postgame press conference

"Put the team first, and he'll make plays," safety Duron Harmon said to NESN's Doug Kyed when asked what advice he would give to Brown. “Anytime you can add great football players to your team and make your team better, I’m all for it."

“We like football players who that love football," Julian Edelman told The Providence Journal's Kevin McNamara. "If we all have that same kind of love for the game it could work out real well. We look forward to that. He’s a play-maker and the more play-makers you have the more dynamic it could be.”

“I’ve been a fan of AB’s since I was in college,” Phillip Dorsett said. “When I was coming out for the draft I always said that he was the guy I tried to compare myself to. I always looked up to him and watched You Tube videos of him working out. I’m looking forward to learning from him.”

"He's a great player," Devin McCourty during his postgame press conference. "We'll see bow everything works out."

The best of all responses, even though he's not a Patriot:

"Whatever," said Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger's response when asked about Brown joining New England.
