The Las Vegas Raiders can be assured tight end Harrison Bryant will produce for offensive coordinator Luke Getsy's offense. Bryant, a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, has four seasons of experience under his belt, and the versatility he offers the Raiders is proven when looking at his time with the Browns.

Last season, Bryant was productive in his small sample size. He had 20 targets, 13 catches, and three touchdowns with 6.2 yards per reception.

During his time in Cleveland, Bryant compiled 89 receptions. He made those receptions count, averaging 8.9 yards per reception with 10 touchdowns.

In a recent "Raiders Breakdown," Raiders analyst and former Raiders cornerback Eric Allen said there is plenty to be excited about with Bryant. Allen touted Bryant's ability as a blocker in special personnel situations that require two tight ends.

"He's going to be a movement tight end," Allen said. "He's going to play like a fullback."

Bryant also has a talent for getting open on red zone counter plays.

The 25-year-old tight end has always shown flashes. Bryant excelled at Florida Atlantic and was the 2019 John Mackey award winner as college football's best tight end, catching 65 passes for 1,004 yards and seven touchdowns after moving over from offensive tackle (hence the blocking ability).

In college, Bryant "played split wide, in the slot, as a wing, and in the backfield", according to a draft profile written by Gene Clemons of Sports Illustrated's Giants Country in 2020. That same profile stated, "that [aforementioned] versatility will make him valuable in the NFL."

It's safe to say the report was right.

In his time with the Browns, Bryant showed plenty of route running ability and his size (6-foot-5, 250 pounds) will keep linebackers and safeties on their heels if his routes expand to the second and third levels.

Bryant, who signed a one-year, $3.25 million deal with the Silver and Black, is a great signing by general manager Tom Telesco because of the combination of his blocking ability and his potential as a receiver.

The Raiders' build to be the best of the West continues to trend in the right direction.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently have the No. 13 overall pick.
