The Ravens are attempting to get healthy ahead of their Sunday Night Football matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. Quarterback Lamar Jackson - who suffered an ankle injury against the Bengals on Thursday night - was back at practice on Tuesday and left off the Wednesday injury report.

But wideout Rashod Bateman suffered an apparent foot injury during an open practice session and headed to the sideline. He was evaluated by medical personnel and did not return to the field. Later, coach John Harbaugh addressed the injury with the media, indicating Bateman may have just missed a more serious injury.

“We’ll just have to see,” Harbaugh said. “It doesn’t look like a real serious injury or anything like that. He should be fine, but we’ll see how it goes tomorrow.”

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley (knee) and cornerback Marlon Humphrey (ankle) were both on the practice field Wednesday after missing Week 11’s win over the Bengals.

The Ravens have taken over the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC by virtue of their win over the Bengals on Thursday night combined with the Chiefs' loss to the Eagles on Monday night.

Baltimore sits at 8-3 for the best record in the AFC and holds a half-game lead over the Cleveland Browns for first place in the AFC North.

It won't be an easy stretch the rest of the way, however. The Ravens will play the Rams, Jaguars, 49ers, Dolphins, and Steelers to end the season, and will need to keep playing at a high level to maintain the No. 1 seed and earn the first-round bye in the playoffs.
