Seahawks WATCH: Rookies Devon Witherspoon, Kenny McIntosh in Action at OTAs
The Seattle Seahawks are continuing OTAs on Thursday. And though tons of attention goes to the return of guys like Bobby Wagner and other new defensive additions, the appeal of Seattle's rookie draft class is one of the main reasons the 12s are excited for what should be another entertaining season for the organization.
The Seahawks' official Twitter account clearly realizes this, as the team shared some highlights of first-round rookie cornerback Devon Witherspoon and seventh-round rookie running back Kenny McIntosh at OTAs.

The Seahawks also shared some clips of first-round receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba from Monday's. The former Ohio State product is arguably one of the more intriguing rookies in the entire 2023 draft class.
Especially when factoring in last season's elite draft haul, the Seahawks have been adamant on getting players that, while possessing immediately-impactful talent, also help maintain the proper level of maturity and professionalism that the Seahawks culture has generally been built upon.
Despite being the first and last respective picks for the Seahawks, Witherspoon and McIntosh are embodying some of these desirable traits all the same.
“Everything is about making an impression," Witherspoon said. "It’s the first time getting out here with the guys and coaches and being able to perform in front of them. Like you said, you can’t take your first impression back, so it’s everything.”
While Witherspoon is staying humble, McIntosh is staying hungry.
“So let’s just bring it on," McIntosh said after being drafted. "I'm ready for the challenge. ... They are going to know who Kenny is.”
This duo and Smith-Njigba along with the rest of Seattle's 2023 draft class, will continue to prove they belong as the offseason treads on.
