The Seattle Seahawks welcome the winless Carolina Panthers to Lumen Field on Sunday on a day that Seattle celebrates the 10-year anniversary of the franchise's only Super Bowl championship.

Lots of members of that winning team will be on hand, while two will be working. Pete Carroll is still the coach, and linebacker Bobby Wagner is still playing. And while Carroll says he appreciates the sentiment, he's got a game to focus on.

“I think there’s a balance. As I get older, you have to enjoy some of the things,” Wagner said. “Obviously, I’m going to be locked in, I’m going to be focused, so I won’t do everything. I definitely want to be around those guys, but a lot of those guys live in Seattle. I see them pretty often. It’s not going to be any different. It’s just I have a jersey on, and they don’t.”

Seattle didn't have the start to the season it wanted after a Week 1 loss to division rival Los Angeles, but it rebounded well last week with a road win against the resurgent Lions.

It's been a rough start for the Panthers in the new Frank Reich-Bryce Young era. Carolina is the only NFC South team that has yet to register a win, and injuries have been the theme of the young season.

Rookie quarterback Bryce Young isn't expected to play with an ankle injury. Instead, 13-year veteran Andy Dalton would get the nod. In four previous starts against Seattle, Dalton is 3-1.

“I’m just going to operate like I know that I can. I think for me it starts with being myself pushing guys, pushing the tempo, doing everything that we need to do to give ourselves a chance,” Dalton said.
