Seattle Seahawks Near Full Strength For Week 8 Contest vs. Cleveland Browns

In this story:
Following a promising final injury report on Friday, the Seattle Seahawks will be at close to full strength with stars such as Bobby Wagner, Ken Walker III, and Jamal Adams all suiting up against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Earlier in the week, Wagner and Walker each missed a pair of practices due to ankle injuries coming out of last Sunday's win over the Cardinals. Additionally, receiver Tyler Lockett missed two practices nursing a lingering hamstring strain, putting his status in question going into Friday, while Adams was limited on Thursday with a knee issue.
Luckily for the Seahawks, all four players participated in full in Friday's final practice and while Adams and Lockett were each listed as questionable, coach Pete Carroll indicated both would be ready to play. Receiver DK Metcalf also bounced back after missing the first game of his career last week, participating in practice all week and not receiving an injury designation on Friday.
While the majority of Seattle's standout players who have been nursing injuries set to suit up against Cleveland, as expected, the offensive line will be without starting right guard Phil Haynes for the third time in four games. Per Carroll, the team opted to give him another week to rest with hopes he can return in Week 9, and rookie Anthony Bradford will step into the lineup in his place for his third career start.
With the rest of the roster looking good health-wise, the Seahawks have a quintet of players who will be sidelined as healthy scratches. With Dee Eskridge returning to the active roster off a six-game suspension, veteran Cody Thompson won't be active. At the tackle spot, 41-year veteran Jason Peters will make his team debut as a practice squad elevation and as a result, rookies Raiqwon O'Neal and McClendon Curtis won't be in uniform.
On defense, undrafted rookie linebacker Drake Thomas and cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly also will be inactive as healthy scratches with the team in good shape at both of their respective positions.
