The Tennessee Titans are once again preparing to try and win a football game today. At this point, the bar is simply a victory. Robert Saleh needs to check that box in the worst way.

On the road against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6, Saleh's bunch will take part in their second straight AFC South duel. Coming off a season-worst showing in a 26-3 loss to the Houston Texans last week, the Titans have more to prove now than ever.

More specifically, Cam Ward has more to prove now than ever - we'll get to that. But before we touch on what to expect from the Titans and Ward, here's where you can catch the contest from the comfort of your own home.

Where to watch Titans vs. Colts

Titans fans can tune in nationally on FOX to watch Tennessee's latest attempt to turn things around. The game will be available locally on WZTV FOX 17, as well as streaming on NFL+ and FOX One.

In a must-win contest to stay alive in their division, Tennessee will play in front of a hostile crowd as the aforementioned Ward is put to the ultimate test. It's never been more "now or never" for the former first overall pick.

A do-or-die performance from Cam Ward

Not only has Ward struggled to operate as a game manager in a Titans offense with viable weapons, but he's actively dropped into questionable territory this year. In Week 6, Ward has no choice but to improve in a second straight (and especially pivotal) divisional game.

Coach Saleh has denied the possibility of benching Ward multiple times now, but that doesn't excuse the sophomore QB from the need to improve. In fact, the longer it takes him to build, the more dangerous a high draft pick next year begins to look for his spot.

Last week vs. Houston, Ward threw one pick and no touchdowns, taking four sacks and managing just 170 yards on 23 completions. Against a Colts secondary led by CB Sauce Gardner, fans can expect Ward to at least try and take a leap.

The Titans' three points in Week 5 called particular attention to the QB's struggles. It's hard to imagine a world in which OC Brian Daboll once again returns to that slow-rolling, safer style of play-calling. The stakes are high for the Titans, and even higher for Ward.

This isn't to say that taking more risks will bode well for the away team, but Tennessee has been forced nto a corner after their worst game of the 2026 season. Ward is at the center of much of the chagrin surrounding this team right now.

Today doesn't pose well for Tennessee vs. an Indianapolis offense that has already broken the 30-point barrier twice this year. Ward, with his back against the wall, should be swinging for the fences trying to keep up.
