Where to Watch and What to Expect: Titans Host Seahawks in Preseason Game 2

In this story:
With a total of 10 preseason games taking place yesterday, the NFL had perhaps their biggest Saturday of the entire year. Oppositely, tomorrow is set to be the league's quietest Sunday, and the Tennessee Titans are firmly at the center of the spectacle. The Seattle Seahawks are coming to town for the Titans' second preseason matchup.
In the wake of a narrow win - with many problems that have already been ground to dust - over the San Francisco 49ers last week, Tennessee comes into this contest with markedly higher stakes. Roster cuts are due just one week from today. It's now or never for a handful of guys on both sides.
That's one of the many reasons to tune into tonight's contest. As for how to tune in:
When and Where to Watch Titans vs. Seahawks
Titans vs. Seahawks on Sunday, Aug. 23, will air live on FOX 7 p.m. CT. You can also watch on the Nashville affiliate WZTV FOX-17, as well as on FOX One and NFL+.
After last week's western duel went well into the night, the hour-earlier kickoff against Seattle bodes well for Titans fans trying to stay up for this one. Now, let's get into what you'll be staying up to watch for.
Momentum in the Titans Secondary
After a generally poor opening vs. the Niners, Tennessee's secondary bounced back in their joint practice with Seattle on Friday, While Cor'Dale Flott has still yet to show out, fellow signee Alontae Taylor led a recovery for the unit that helped build some momentum ahead of tonight.

Taylor secured a pick-six off Sam Darnold in an outing that spurred Tennessee's defense to hold their own against a team that won the Super Bowl just earlier this year.
Flott will have to be more impactful down the stretch, but Taylor's leap checked a box for the pass defense that could mean a better showing in Sunday's game. Certainly something to keep tabs on.
Will Levis Fighting For Another Chance
On a more individual note, Will Levis continues to battle for his roster spot. After Mitch Trubisky returned from a brief injury scare earlier this week, Levis' momentary chance at QB2 faded away almost as quickly as it appeared. He looks to be firmly back on the outside, looking in.
Levis, while unable to score a touchdown in Friday's joint practice, reportedly threw a 5/7 clip and avoided turning the ball over, unlike Trubisky and Ward. After throwing just 3/8 and being sacked three times by San Francisco last Thursday, Titans fans can expect his urgency to be through the roof against Seattle.
At this point, Levis may be auditioning for other teams more than anything else. It really is now or never entering his technical fourth year in Nashville either way.
Carnell Tate's Potential First Reception
Given Carnell Tate's rock-solid camp up to now, it's surprising to see his current lull. Tate caught zero balls on three targets vs. the 49ers before missing practice the following Wednesday with stiffness. Tate had previously exited early in Monday's runs following a collision with safety Kevin Winston Jr.
He eased back into the action on Friday, coming down with one highlight catch that defined his day,but Tate has still yet to secure a reception in live play. Of the notion that Tate is on a cold streak, however, Cam Ward is not a fan.

"He [Tate] doesn't have a cold streak," Ward said after the Seahawks joint practice. "He plays one of the hardest positions in the sport... The thing about Carnell, he always comes back with the next-play mentality."
Tennessee's Ward-Tate combo remains at the forefront of their rebuilt operation, and Titans fans will have to look out for the pair to finally make good on their growth on the national stage.
