The AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tennessee Titans matches up one team that many expected to be there and one that’s a total surprise. So far this postseason, both teams’ offenses have been unstoppable. Facing a 24-0 deficit to the Houston Texans, the Chiefs erupted to score 51 points on the way to a 20-point victory. Star receiver Tyreek Hill stated this week that, “Nobody in the NFL can guard any of us.” The Titans, on the other hand, have ridden star running back Derrick Henry and timely playmaking from quarterback Ryan Tannehill to upsets over the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens. Can the Titans pull off another major upset on the road? The MMQB’s Jenny Vrentas breaks down the matchup and notes that in spite of the inclement weather in Kansas City, the Chiefs’ quick-strike offense gives them the slight edge.
