Several Princeton students wrote an op-ed in their university newspaper voicing their displeasure with the school choosing Seattle Seahawks running back Marhawn Lynch to be their senior “Class Day” speaker. Lynch for much of his career wasn’t much of a talker. But his honest and raw advice given to young players in the NFL following the Seahawks loss in the playoffs was widely applauded.
