Austin Ekeler on how the Coronavirus Pandemic has Affected the Chargers' Offseason

Chargers RB Austin Ekeler shares how he's spent his offseason in quarantine.

Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler tells SI Senior Writer Greg Bishop what it's been like navigating this offseason amid a global pandemic. Ekeler signed a $24.5 million contract in March, capping off his long journey from an unheralded recruit, to Western Colorado University, to an NFL special teamer, now to a starter with a major role. "In the grand scheme of things, our health and our longevity as the human race is much more important," Ekeler said in an exclusive interview.
