Heading into the start of free agency, some NFL teams had plenty of cap space to spend on free agents while others had to get creative with some of their players’ contracts in order to create space. The Patriots may have signed the most notable players but will their signings have more of an impact than the players Washington, New Orleans or Chicago brought in?
