INDIANAPOLIS (AP) Three-time national champion Sam Mikulak and fellow 2012 Olympic teammates John Orozco and Jake Dalton headline the U.S. men's team at the 2016 Pacific Rim Championships in Everett, Washington, next month.

Donnell Whittenburg and Alex Naddour, both members of the U.S. team that finished fifth at the 2015 world championships, and Eddie Penev will also compete for the Americans from April 8-10.

Whittenburg is coming off a second-place finish at the American Cup last weekend. Mikulak finished fourth in his first international competition since recovering from a torn Achilles.

The six-man team has a combined six world championship and 14 Pacific Rim championships between them. The U.S. won the event last year. The Pacific Rims are the major international tune-up for the Americans before the 2016 Olympics.
