How to watch the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials: Online, TV, live stream info.

The 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials get underway on Friday as the track and field team that will represent America in Rio de Janeiro will be selected from July 1 to July 10 in Eugene, Ore.

The top three finishers in each respective event that also hold the Olympic qualifying standard will punch their ticket to the Summer Games.

Track and field will be contested in Brazil from Aug. 12 to 21.

Friday, July 1

Finals scheduled for the day: Men’s shot put (8:40 p.m) and Men’s 10,000 meters (9:15 p.m.)

Live stream: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

TV: NBC from 9 to 10 p.m.

Saturday, July 2

Finals scheduled for the day: Women’s discus (1:45 p.m.); Women’s 10,000 meters (2:04 p.m) and Women’s long jump (2:45 p.m.)

Live stream on from 12:45 to 2 p.m.

TV: NBC from 2 to 5 p.m. and NBC Sports Network from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Sunday, July 3

Finals scheduled for the day: Women's high jump (6:15 p.m.); Men's long jump (7:15 p.m.); Women's 400 meters (7:38 p.m.); Men's 400 meters (7:48 pm); Men's decathlon 1,500 meters (8:33 p.m.) Women's 100 meters (8:44 p.m.) and Men's 100 meters (8:53 p.m.)
