Leadership, Olympic style: Neither rhyme nor reason for IOC

What should we make of Thomas Bach,

Who runs the games around the clock?

He speaks of justice, fairness, strength

(And likes to do so at great length).

But when it's time to take a stand

On ridding dopers from his land

And guarding the Olympic shield,

He kicks the ball way down the field.

Let others rule - that's his decree -

And Putin, no doubt, would agree.

While sitting in his box up high

Bach watches athletes passing by,

And so proceeds this deft charade.

Why would you spoil a fine parade?
