The United States took home the gold medal in the men’s 4x200 meter freestyle relay in Rio on Sunday night, with a strong start from Conor Dwyer and Townley Haas, and a successful close from Ryan Lochte Michael Phelps.

Townley Haas’s split in the second leg of the race was a blazing 1:44.14, and Michael Phelps closed with a 1:45.26. The United States finished in 7:00.66, topping Great Britain and Japan.

Phelps picked up his 25th career medal, and 21st gold. In his fifth Olympic games, he has now medaled three times—he tool home gold in the men’s 4x100 meter relay, and gold in the men’s 200-meter butterfly earlier on Tuesday.
