It's been a pretty good week for Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez.
The Mexican striker, who has been out of form and confined to the bench for the majority of hits season at Real Madrid, put his club through to the Champions League semifinals with a goal on Wednesday, and he followed that up with a quality double in a 4-2 win over Celta Vigo on Sunday.
The first came in the 24th minute, as Chicharito got free in the box and finished well at a near-impossible angle. Good thing he scored this, otherwise Ronaldo (Wide open in the box) would have been none too pleased...
The Mexican's second was a bit more impressive, as Sergio Ramos' pinpoint lofted ball from the center circle found Hernandez on a nice run into the box. All it took was two touches to put the ball in the back of the net:
The goals are Hernandez's fifth and sixth in La Liga this season. The result keeps Real Madrid at second in La Liga, two points behind leaders Barcelona.
