Barcelona's Lionel Messi scored in the 65th minute to lift his team over Atletico Madrid 1–0 on Sunday, giving Barcelona the 2014/2105 La Liga title, despite Real Madrid's 3-1 win over Espanyol. 

The goal was typical Messi, weaving through defenders before putting the ball in the back of the net with a precise finish.

​With the win, Barcelona captured its fifth La Liga title in seven years, and 23rd all-time. The goal is Messi's 41st in La Liga, and 54th in all competitions.
