Jerry Jeudy Tops Kalshi Trade Prediction Market Following Vita Vea Extension

Following Vita Vea’s extension with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jerry Jeudy now tops Kalshi’s NFL trade market as the most likely player to be traded. Jeudy’s been linked to several trade rumors since the NFL Draft.

Jeudy’s 55% chance of being traded tops the board by a wide margin. Kalshi settles the market based on whether Jeudy is traded by December 1 or not. A $10 trade on Jeudy being traded nets $7.61 in profit if he is traded.

Signs pointing towards a move?

There are plenty of factors that come into play as to why Jeudy’s price is the highest on the NFL trade market. Starting with his contract, he’s still on the books for a 2-year, $52.5 million contract. Although steep, a contender may be willing to take that on given we’ve seen what he could do with solid QB play. In 2024, Jeudy broke out for 1,229 yards and four touchdowns.

Reports have also surfaced that his relationship with Shedeur Sanders is not where it should be. It started in a TikTok live from Jeudy’s account, where he was asked which QB he’d like the team to start, and he held up four fingers in support of Deshaun Watson’s jersey number.

Arguably the most telling sign that Cleveland is willing to move on from the former first-round pick was the NFL Draft. Cleveland spent a first- and second-round pick on receivers. In the first round, Cleveland drafted KC Concepcion out of Texas A&M. Just 15 picks later, Cleveland drafted Denzel Boston out of Washington

Both Concepcion and Boston totaled 1,700+ yards and 20+ touchdowns through their collegiate careers and should carve out roles quickly. That said, Jeudy’s target share could take a hit. For the size of his contract, it may not be worth it for Cleveland to keep him with his usage potentially dropping.
