WINCHESTER, Ind. (AP) Austin Wayne Self raced to his first ARCA Racing Series victory Sunday, holding off points leader Grant Enfinger at Winchester Speedway.

The 19-year-old Self, from Austin, Texas, moved his Mason Mitchell Motorsports Ford ahead of Brandon Jones with six laps left in the 200-lap race on the half-mile oval.

''I was just looking ahead and listening to the countdown of laps, `4-3-2-1,''' Self said. ''I kept driving it in deeper and making sure I got on the gas as hard as I could. I was trying not to think about it too much and just driving the race car as hard as I could.''

He beat Enfinger by 0.515 seconds.

''It was so great to win in front of so many family and friends,'' Self said. ''They've been coming to a lot of my races and supporting me.''

Jones was third, followed by Kyle Weatherman, Justin Boston, Tom Hessert, Josh Williams, James Swanson, Sarah Cornett-Ching and A.J. Fike.

Jones led 98 laps.

''I felt like we had the dominant car here all day,'' Jones said. ''It's unfortunate, but it's all good.''

Former NASCAR driver Ken Schrader led 55 laps, but finished 13th following a late pit stop under green that put him four laps down at the end.
