Based on what Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon said at a media session for the Home Depot ESPN College Football Awards show, the junior wide receiver is planning to declare for the NFL Draft after his team's bowl game.   Asked by if the Fiesta Bowl will be his last game with Oklahoma State, Blackmon said, simply, "I'm pretty sure that it will be."

The move won't come as much of a surprise to his college teammates, who honored him with the departing seniors on Oklahoma State's Senior Day.

Blackmon explained his decision to Andrea Adelson of

"I think it's just time. It's that time to go. I came back last year to win a Big 12 championship, set us up for a BCS bowl and I think we did that."

After hauling in just 20 catches as a freshman in 2009, the 6-1, 215 pound Blackmon burst onto the scene in 2010 with 111 catches for 1,782 yards and followed with 113 catches for 1,336 yards in 2011.  He is currently believed to be a top-15 prospect in the 2012 NFL Draft.
