Report: Robert Griffin III To Enter NFL Draft

Sources have told ESPN that Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III has informed Baylor head coach Art Briles that he has decided to declare for the NFL draft.

Griffin had been previously mulling his options on his future on whether he would return for his senior season at Baylor, however the highly touted quarterback now will reportedly choose an agent as soon as Tuesday night, according to ESPN. The deadline for underclassmen to choose to enter the NFL draft is this coming Sunday.

The 21-year-old threw for 4,293 yards and 37 touchdowns while allowing just six interceptions this season for the Bears. On the ground he ran for 699 yards on 179 attempts while rushing for 10 touchdowns.
