Talented receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested in the early hours Sunday morning on complaint of aggravated DUI, according to The Tulsa World. Blackmon was picked by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the fifth overall selection in the 2012 NFL Draft after a glittering career at Oklahoma State University.

According to a Payne County Jail spokesperson, Blackmon was taken into police custody in Stillwater, Ok. at about 3 a.m. local time. The law in Oklahoma states that "aggravated DUI" is defined as the driver's blood-alcohol level being at .15 or higher.

During his college career, Blackmon was named a consensus All-American twice in 2010 and 2011, and also won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's best wide reciever in both those years. He finished the 2011 season as the Big 12's top receiver, ranking second in the nation in receptions per game and total receptions. Blackmon was drafted to help ail a Jaguars offense that ranked dead last in total yards per game in 2011-2012.

This is not Blackmon's first brush with the law. In October 2010 Blackmon was arrested on a DUI complaint in Texas after attending a Dallas Cowboys Monday night game without asking permission of Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy. Blackmon was suspended for one game as a result of that arrest.
