Wisconsin offensive lineman Travis Frederick will enter NFL Draft

Wisconsin offensive lineman Travis Frederick will skip his senior year and enter the NFL Draft, first reported by ESPN's Joe Schad. ESPN's Mel Kiper projects Frederick as the No. 1 junior center in the nation.

The 6-4 center started in all 13 games for the 2012 season.Frederick also started 13 games in 2011, 11 at left guard and 2 at center after Peter Konz got injured.

He was awarded first-team All-Big Ten honors from the media and honorable mention selection from the coaches. This is the second consecutive season that Wisconsin has lost a standout junior center, the first being Konz last year.
