Roger Goodell: Moment of silence, increased security at NFL draft

Commissioner Roger Goodell said Wednesday that the NFL draft will begin with a moment of silence for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing and the fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas, reports USA TODAY's Jim Corbett.

"We will have a moment of reflection for both the victims in Boston and in Texas," Goodell said, according to Corbett's report.
