The Dallas Cowboys are still America's Team even though they haven't won a Super Bowl since 1996. A Harris Poll show the Cowboys are the most popular team among American football fans for the second consecutive year, via SportsBusiness Daily.

The Cowboys franchise previously earned another NFL best ranking as the league's most valuable team -- worth an estimated $2.3 billion -- by Forbes in August.

The Cowboys reign over a Harris Poll top-5 that includes the No. 2 Packers, No. 3 Broncos, No. 4 Giants and No. 5 Patriots.

While the Cowboys -- who haven't been to the playoffs since 2009 -- remained on top, the NFL's biggest mover in popularity was the the Broncos, who jumped from a tie at No. 17 in 2011 to No. 3.

Other teams enjoying significant increases in popularity include the 49ers (No. 16 to No. 8), Seahawks (No. 27 to No. 12), Raiders (No. 25 to tied for No. 16), and Bengals (No. 31 to No. 24).

Peyton Manning's move to Denver likely played a part in the Broncos' rise and had a negative impact on his former team, the Colts, who fell from No. 6 to No. 19.
