4-time Pro_bowler Jay Ratliff has signed with the Bears.

The Chicago Bears have signed former Cowboys DT Jay Ratliff in an effort to shore up their injury riddled defensive line, according to Kevin Patra of NFL.com.

Ratliff was released by the Cowboys in October due to a hamstring issue that has prevented the former Pro-Bowl tackle from playing yet this year. The four-time Pro-Bowler agreed to a one-year contract with the Bears on Saturday after meeting with Chicago, Kansas City and Miami over the previous week.
