Rockets guard James Harden won't play in Houston's game Saturday night in Detroit after tweaking his ankle in Friday's loss to the Pacers, according to Rockets radio play-by-play man Craig Ackerman.
Harden, who was 3-for-14 from the field with 12 points on Friday, initially injured the ankle Sunday in Sacramento. This will be the fifth game he's missed this season.
The 24-year-old is averaging 23.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.6 assists and is shooting 44.1 percent from the field.
Jeremy Lin has a bad back and is also out for Houston (17-10), which is second in the Southwest division.
