Jadeveon Clowney and the South Carolina Gamecocks had just completed a 34-24 win over Wisconsin at the Capital One Bowl on Wednesday afternoon, when the highly touted defensive end said in his on-field interview with ESPN that he will declare for the next NFL Draft.

Clowney's decision to leave South Carolina following his junior season was expected. He has been widely projected to be a top-5 pick and possibly the first player taken in the 2014 NFL Draft in May.
