Former Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles plans to be a full participant at the NFL Scouting Combine starting this weekend, tweeting on Tuesday that he will do the passing drills.

Bortles stock has risen considerably after a senior season which he threw for 3,581 yards and 25 touchdowns while completing 68 percent of his passes, leading UCF to a Fiesta Bowl victory over Baylor.

There are several teams near the top of the draft board who need quarterbacks who could be in play for Bortles, including the Houston Texans, Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns.
