Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard had 19 Pts. and 9 Reb. in his preseason debut.

Houston Rockets' center Dwight Howard will not play for the fourth consecutive game with an injured left ankle, reports Rotoworld.com.

Howard missed three games last month after having a cyst removed from the ankle, and began experiencing pain in the same area after the team's win over the Philadelphia 76ers last week.

Coach Kevin McHale told ESPN earlier in the week that Howard had gotten a second shot in his ankle in an effort to decrease inflammation in the area, and that he had no set return date for the All-Star.
