The Oakland Raiders, coming off their 11th consecutive non-winning season, were 4-12 last season and have seven picks in the 2014 NFL Draft.

The team picked up defensive end Justin Tuck and linebacker LaMarr Woodley in free agency, which should help a defense that gave up 28 points per game in 2013. Newly-acquired 32-year Matt Schaub is penciled in as the starting quarterback. The Raiders need help at offensive tackle to keep Schaub upright and have been linked to many quarterbacks in the early rounds of the draft.

Needs: Quarterback, defensive end, wide receiver
