The Oakland Raiders, coming off their 11th consecutive non-winning season, were 4-12 last season and have seven picks in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Newly-acquired 32-year Matt Schaub is penciled in as the starting quarterback. The Raiders need help at offensive tackle to keep Schaub upright and have been linked to many quarterbacks in the early rounds of the draft.
